Center Stage fall classes will begin August 16th

Registration

Registration takes place any time of the year. Anyone registering after the November 1st costime deadline, will not be garunteed a recital costume. Costumes will not be available for anyone registering after January 1st, 2011. You may register for classes by completing this printable version of the Registration Form and Parent Copy of Registration Form and Calendar.

Tuition
Tuition payments are collected via auto draft on the first of each month or by post dated checks for the year.

Option #1

Option #2

Option #3
A series of post-dated checks dated for the first of each month (i.e. Sept 1, Oct 1). All checks must be upon registration to confirm class position.

Costumes
*Costume fees are drafted / deposited on November first.
Costume fee(s) $60 per class.*
All Class levels 6-8 (Advanced)costume fees are $75.
Tumblebug and Babybug costume fee is $30

New for 2010-2011

Dance Year!

Center Stage will now offer a

“Recital Package” to all families.

The package will include:

*recital program

*recital shirt for dancer

*unlimited tickets for family and friends

The cost for the recital package is $50 for the 1st dancer and $25 for each additional

dancer in family ($100 max).

This fee will be drafted from your account on March 15th, 2011.
